"Memory is like a slipery fish.
The more you try to get a hold of it, the more it slips away.
Once-upon-a-time,
a really special snack at IBU's in Paris,
a TGV carriage with Cy Twombly, IBU + myself + Nicolas
May Vervoordt at the Anvers train station.
The visit to "the brewery",
was a piano,
and an Anish Kapoor "Dome".
Cy played the piano like his paintings,
IBU took photos.
Supper by an enchanted chef, who knew he was cooking for Cy,
at the Château Vervoordt.
Maastricht, the next day,
TGV back to Paris.
Two days with Cy Twombly and IBU,
It is rare and auspicious when, by chance, there is an alignment of these elements, Cy Twombly, IBU and myself.
That is the story of the exhibition"
